Pasilla chili has an intense, slightly spicy flavour, toasted and with sweet notes. The combination of this chilli with onion, ago and a little cilantro, result in a great tasting and delicious sauce. The ingredients are roasted in a comal potenciando and later milled in a molcajete of volcanic stone which contributes to its enhanced flavour.
