De Arbol Chillies are used in Mexican dishes to make chilli sauce, sprinkling over pizzas or adding heat to numerous dishes. Chile de Arbol is Spanish for "tree chili" and it is also referred to as "rat's tail chili" or "bird's beak chili". They are slim and small, around 5 to 7cm long.
