Het Bolla wijnhuis werd opgericht in 1883. In 2006 werd het overgenomen door Gruppo Italiano Vini. De wijn wordt echter nog steeds geproduceerd onder de familienaam Bolla. De Bolla Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is een rode wijn gemaakt van d Donkere robijnrode kleur in het glas. Fruitige neus van jam, sultana's en balsamico toetsen.
