Carbon in the frame, fork and seatpost keep the weight low. Flat suspensions and thru-axles increase stiffness and improve overall handling. Lightweight carbon aero wheel system and tubeless tires offer outstanding efficiency. The electric Shimano 105 Di2 groupset enables lightning-fast gear changes via 2x12 gears. Specially designed aero bottle cages for the down tube and seat tube help to minimize drag. Technologies of the Giant PROPEL ADVANCED 1 Advanced Composite Technology - GIANT's high-performance carbon fiber is used to make this special carbon frame material, which is woven and processed at the GIANT factory and has an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front frame triangle is molded as a single piece. The modified monocoque construction eliminates the outer braided composite layer. This reduces weight without compromising ride quality, stability or stiffness.
