The use of the so-called bladder molding process with EPS molds and polyurethane (PU) inserts on the head tube and bottom bracket avoids wrinkles and bumps in critical areas of the frame. At the same time, carbon can be saved without compromising the strength of the frame. LOCKR - Storage system - The LOCKR compartment in the down tube hides two waterproof bags with spare tube, tire levers and space for two CO2 cartridges. Clever tools are also hidden in the main pivot and rear wheel axle, held securely in place by magnets. With a spare tube, patch kit, hex sockets from 3 to 6mm and a T25, the Rallon has everything you need on board. Asymmetry - The support brace, located on the left side of the frame, adds stiffness to an area of the bike that is under extra stress. Instead of relying on a less efficient shock tunnel, the shock in the Rallon is moved 12mm to the right. This allows the asymmetrical support strut to take a more direct path. This straight line, closely following the mounting points of the shock, forms the most efficient way to balance the suspension forces in the front frame triangle.
