This model is characterized by a robust semi-hollow body made of three-ply maple/poplar/maple, while the solid mahogany neck in a rounded "C" profile ensures comfortable playability. The 22-fret fretboard made of Indian rosewood also allows for an optimal feel and is decorated with acrylic small block inlays. Made for bluesy licks or defined overdrive sounds, the ES-330 leaves plenty of scope in terms of tonal flexibility and is suitable for all genres from Blues to rock! Dogear P-90 pickups The sound of the Gibson ES-330 is realized by two Dogear P-90 pickups in the neck and bridge position and offers a transparent timbre that clearly defines all mid and treble nuances and leaves enough room for a rich low-end. In combination with the semi-hollow design, the result is an incomparable vintage sound that not only transports clean sounds wonderfully, but also shines with warm Overdrive tones. Crisp blues licks or creamy leads can therefore be optimally processed in all styles of music. The Vintage Deluxe tuners allow precise and reliable tuning! Robust hardware The ES-330 was equipped with a robust Hardware : On the one hand, the vintage Deluxe tuners ensure reliable tuning, while on the other, the ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge with trapezoid tailpiece provides a robust string action. To match the black P-90 covers, both volume and tone controls have been fitted with Black top hats, which skilfully round off the look of the ES-330.
