This model combines the features of the popular DDJ-1000 and DDJ-1000-SRT controllers, effectively replacing both. With the DDJ-FLX10, the rekordbox DJ software, activated via hardware unlock, gains an innovative feature called "Track Separation". This functionality allows users to isolate drums, vocals, and instruments in any track, control them in real time, and apply BeatFX or Sound Colour FX to individual elements. The 8-inch jog wheels, enhanced with improved on-jog displays, provide DJs with comprehensive control and all essential information at a glance-eliminating the need to constantly look at the computer screen. For creative expression, the controller offers 14 BeatFX, with timing that can be precisely adjusted via two dedicated buttons, as well as 6 Sound Colour FX, allowing DJ sets to be personalised with a unique touch. The mixer section of the DDJ-FLX10 delivers all the features DJs expect from standalone club mixers. Moreover, the BeatFX and Sound Colour FX can also be used with up to four analogue devices, such as turntables, CD players, or media players, without requiring a computer. Another standout feature is the integrated DMX interface, which enables the creation of customised light shows when paired with rekordbox and DMX-compatible lighting effects. TRACK-SEPARATION The Track Separation option is an innovative tool. This function, if the option has been activated, already creates a version from each track during the analysis, where vocals, drums and instruments can be isolated with the push of a button on the DDJ-FLX10 panel. This makes it possible to mix individual parts with elements from other tracks.
