It is ideal for controlling moving lights, lighting effects, LED spotlights and dimmers, making it an ideal solution for professional lighting technicians and venues. The control desk enables the control of up to 16 fixtures with up to 32 DMX channels each. A fixture can be a moving head, for example, or there can be 32 individual spotlights, each with a dimmer, or 8 spotlights with RGBW color mixing. A theater with 48 classic spotlights, 16 RGBW spotlights and 4 moving heads can be easily controlled with only half of the console occupied. The separate control of the dimmer faders for scenes and moving lights offers additional flexibility and precision in lighting design. The overall dimming, fade time and runtime can be conveniently set, allowing the lighting effects to be finely adjusted to the situation at hand. Different colored fader caps, which are included in the scope of delivery, make it possible to customize the console and increase clarity. The DMX Commander 512 provides a good overview of active scenes and chases thanks to intelligent status LEDs. Chase playback can be manual, music-controlled or time-controlled, offering a high degree of adaptability to different show requirements. Multiple chases and scenes can run simultaneously, resulting in a dynamic and multi-layered lighting environment. Clock control via a music signal or the TAP button enables precise synchronization of the lighting effects with the music. The USB port for data storage makes it easy to save and restore light shows, which is particularly useful for recurring events. In addition, the option for firmware updates via USB makes it easy to update the device software. Connections The DMX Commander 512 is designed for installation in a 19" rack.
