The drums are manufactured by Sonor according to the proven CLTF principle, i.e. the wood layers are cross-glued at a 90° angle. Sonor's AQ2 series lugs are all equipped with the TuneSafe system for constant tuning. The bearing edges of the shell are 45°, which results in an exact head support and a focused tone. The new Sonor Smart Mount Tom suspension was developed in Germany and ensures low shell contact and optimal resonance.
