The 2-way monitor features a newly developed 7-inch woofer made from a multi-layered mineral fiber material. Together with ADAM Audio's handcrafted X-ART tweeter, the speaker achieves a frequency range of 41 Hz to 24 kHz - enough for all common mixing and producing applications. At the same time, the rotatable HPS waveguide together with the integrated DSP technology allows optimum adaptation to individual spatial conditions. X-ART tweeter & rotatable HPS waveguide Thanks to the ADAM Audio HPS waveguide, you get a precisely directed sound guide with a wide dispersion angle in the horizontal and narrow focusing in the vertical. Made from an innovative high-density fibreglass polymer material, unwanted resonances are minimized, resulting in a clearer sound image. Conveniently, the tweeter can be rotated by 90 degrees to allow the monitor to be used both vertically and horizontally without having to forego the benefits of the waveguide. At the center of this HPS waveguide is the so-called X-ART tweeter - handmade in Germany and with the guarantee of maximum impulse response and richness of detail. Woofers made from multi-layer mineral The bass drivers of each A-Series speaker consist of multiple, firmly bonded layers of a mineral fiber material that is characterized by low weight and maximum rigidity.
