Do you want to gently cook large quantities of vacuum-packed food? Then choose the immersion circulation RCVG-43 from Royal Catering's catering equipment collection today! It is ideally suited for professional use in hotels, restaurants or catering businesses, as well as for cooking at home. The energy-efficient sous-vide immersion circulator quickly reaches the desired temperature thanks to the 2,300 W heating element. This can be set to within a range of 5 to 95 °C to an accuracy of 0.1 °C. The built-in digital thermostat guarantees a constant temperature during the cooking process. Thanks to the wide range of settings, the cooker can be used for preparing a wide variety of foodstuffs. The thermal immersion circulator is especially well-suited for commercial use in restaurants, bistros or hotel kitchens thanks to its large working capacity of up to 80 L. It is equipped with an intuitive touchpad with LCD display. The timer can be set to the minute for up to 99 h. The housing of the immersion cooker is made of high-quality and durable stainless steel. This material has excellent physical properties and is particularly resistant to contamination, which is further enhanced by the smooth surface of the cooker. This makes the immersion circulator very easy to clean. In order to take full advantage of the healthy sous-vide cooking method, we recommend also purchasing a vacuum packing machine and vacuum bags from the Royal Catering collection.
