The meat mincer can be used commercially such as in butcher shops or restaurants as well as privately at home. The high performing 850 Watt motor effortlessly powers the device required for shredding. With appropriate energy consumption, the meat mincer can process up to 140 kg of food per hour. Special ventilation slots on the side of the unit ensure sufficient ventilation during performance peaks. The stainless steel casing and parts are considerably more stable than parts made of lower quality steel.
