This high-quality material prevents any heat-related warping of our commercial gas griddle. The cutting-edge gas griddle works with Natural gas and operates at a pressure of 20 mbar. The two powerful heating elements with 3,100 W each enable the gas griddle to quickly reach its operating temperature of 50 to 300 °C for optimal grilling results. The temperature can be adjusted using two controls, and both sides can be adjusted independently. The stainless steel gas griddle is equipped with an overheat protection. This protection will automatically interrupt the gas supply if the temperature gets too high, thus preventing the device from overheating. The professional gas griddle is fitted with a removable grease collection tray, into which any excess drippings flow through a drain device. This guarantees low-fat and healthy grilling.
