Description

The handmade Caboose playhouse is guaranteed to be excitedly received by children and adults too! This miniature caravan will make a fabulous feature in your garden and you can have great fun decorating it too. This play house is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN 71 for the safety of your children. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the windows are glazed with acrylic. The cladding is 19mm loglap timber manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine and all framing is 34mm x 34mm. There are two opening windows. The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat immediately after installation, this could be wood paint or stain. The roof and floor of the playhouse are tongue and groove timber. This playhouse requires self-assembly using the instructions supplied; fixings and roof felt are provided. It will require two to three people to build. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. Shire GB
